⚡ Instant Digital Delivery – Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, your product download links will be available immediately in your customer account dashboard under My Downloads.
📧 Email Confirmation – You will also receive an order confirmation email with a secure download link for easy access.
🔒 Lifetime Access – All purchases remain available in your VSTMarketplace account for lifetime re-downloads. You can log in anytime to access your libraries, plugins, or packs.
🌍 No Physical Shipping – We do not ship physical boxes or discs. All products are digital and delivered electronically.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at VSTMarketplace.io. While digital products cannot be physically returned, we do provide a fair refund policy:

✅ 3-Day Refund Window – Customers may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of purchase if the product does not meet expectations.
💳 Refund Method – Refunds are credited to your VSTMarketplace Wallet (not bank accounts or cards). Wallet funds never expire and can be used for any future purchase.
♻️ Exchanges – If you ordered the wrong product, you can request an exchange within the 3-day period.
🛠️ Technical Issues – If you experience download problems or corrupted files, our support team will first assist you to resolve the issue before issuing a refund or exchange.
